Pipe Laborer

  • Job includes digging with a shovel, cutting pipe, and connecting various pipe fittings for storm sewer, sanitary and water pipe. 
  • Full time work, typically 40+ hours a week, depending on weather conditions
  • Hours typically 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Occasionally Saturdays  
  • Winter layoff may occur annually 

Loader Operator

  • Job description includes moving materials around job site.
  • Loading and unloading material.
  • Back filling trenches and site cleanup
  • Previous operator experience required
  • Able to read and understand plans

Excavator Operator

  • Excavate trench that is in line and on grade.
  • Properly bench and shore trenches
  • Previous operator experience required
  • Previous experience in the underground utility industry preferred


Machine Mechanic

  • Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
  • Experience operating heavy construction equipment and knowledge of how the machines systems operate.
  •  Inspecting, Troubleshooting, Diagnosing, Servicing, and Repairs of Heavy Construction Equipment in a shop and field.
  • Ability to reference and interpret service manuals, diagnostics software, and parts manuals to troubleshoot and verify repair and parts needed for repair.
  • Must have class A CDL or willing to obtain one. 


Qualifications for all openings

  • Hours typically 7:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.  Occasionally Saturdays
  • Winter layoffs may occur annually
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation to job site
  • High school education or equivalent preferred 
  • Positive attitude that works well with others
